REALTOR HEADSHOTS

For Northern Virginia real estate agents who need photos that feel current, polished, and easy to use.

Before someone calls, emails, schedules a showing, or asks for a listing appointment, they are probably checking you out online. Your brokerage profile. Your website. LinkedIn. Zillow. Realtor.com. Instagram. Maybe even that tiny bio photo that has been following you around since another hair era.

That photo matters.

I create Realtor headshots and brand photos for real estate agents who want to look professional, approachable, and current across their marketing.

Your headshot is usually one of the first places a potential client meets you.

A good realtor headshot should do more than check a box.

For realtors, your photo may show up on your brokerage profile, website, LinkedIn, Zillow, Realtor.com, email signature, listing presentation, printed marketing, and social media.

That is why I do not treat it like one quick profile photo.

Your images should look polished enough for a listing appointment, approachable enough for a first-time buyer, and flexible enough to use in more than one place.

Because one headshot can only do so much.

Realtor headshots for real-world marketing

This is especially true if:

  • Your brokerage profile needs a refresh
  • Your LinkedIn photo no longer looks current
  • Your Zillow or Realtor.com profile could use a stronger image
  • You are updating your website
  • You are joining a new team or brokerage
  • You are becoming more visible online
  • You are speaking, teaching, networking, or presenting more often
  • You want stronger images for social media
  • You are moving into a higher-end market
  • You are tired of using the same three photos every time you post

You may be ready for new realtor headshots if your current photo feels outdated, too formal, too casual, overused, or disconnected from the level of business you are building now.

A polished headshot is a smart place to start. But for many realtors, I recommend creating a small library of photos so your marketing has more range.

When it may be time for updated realtor headshots

Your session can be planned around the way you market yourself and the kinds of clients you want to reach. Depending on your needs, your realtor photos may include:

The goal is not to create random pretty photos. The goal is to create images that help people understand who you are, how you work, and why they might want to trust you with their next move.

what your REALTOR PHOTO SESSION CAN include

  • Working images with your phone, laptop, keys, contracts, or printed materials
  • Lifestyle photos in a studio, model home, office, or listing property
  • Team photos for real estate groups
  • Images for postcards, newsletters, client guides, and local marketing
  • A polished primary headshot
  • Relaxed portraits for social media
  • Website about page photos
  • Brokerage profile images
  • LinkedIn profile photos
  • Photos for Zillow and Realtor.com
  • Images for your email signature
  • Photos for listing presentations

I photograph realtors throughout Northern Virginia, including Loudoun County, Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Ashburn, Aldie, Leesburg, Chantilly, McLean, Middleburg, and the greater DC metro area.

Because of my work with local realtors, real estate teams, brokerage groups, builders and interior designers, I understand that your photos need to work in practical places.

Your headshot may need to feel right for a professional profile, social media, printed marketing, and a listing presentation. It should look like it belongs in your actual business, not like a cropped photo from a wedding or a corporate directory from 2008.

Need more than one headshot?

Some realtors come in thinking they only need one updated photo. Then they realize they also need images for their website, social media, email marketing, listing presentations, printed pieces, and referral partner materials.

This is where a realtor branding session may make more sense.
