A luxury home brand
built from the ground up.

MAISON XI

case study

brand / photography / video / web / social / launch

Classic Homes was launching a new luxury division with no existing identity, imagery, or marketing system. The challenge was not just to create a new look, but to establish how Maison XI should be positioned, experienced, and introduced to the market.  I built the brand around the experience they wanted clients to have, from the first conversation through final home delivery.

A bold vision.

The goal was to position Maison XI as more than a builder of beautiful homes. The brand needed to communicate the expertise, collaboration, and highly personal experience behind the finished product. Instead of only photographing completed homes, I built the visual story around every phase of the customer journey.

Make the customer journey visible.

THE STRATEGY

The name needed to feel distinctive, memorable, and appropriate for a luxury custom home company without tying the brand to one architectural style. Maison means home in French. XI added a sense of exclusivity and gave the company a story it could continue to build around.

THE BRAND

More than a name.
A story to build on.

THE Original idea

Described what they did.
Didn't tell the bigger story.

A logo based on a story that they can grow with.

The video brings the Maison XI story to life, from initial conversations to final home delivery. A behind the scenes look at the people, the process and the experience.
